1. General Cancellation Request
All requests for cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat at secretariat@tmap2026.com. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. The date of the email receipt will determine the cancellation phase and applicable refund percentage.
2. Cancellation Timelines & Deductions
Refunds will be processed based on the date the cancellation request is received, as per the following timeline:
- On or before 31st October 2026: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- From 1st November to 30th November 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- On or after 1st December 2026: No refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
* Note: Accompanying person fees and optional workshop fees are strictly non-refundable. Registrations are non-transferable.
3. Payment & Processing Guidelines
All online payments for TMAP 2026 are securely processed via our official payment gateway partner. Please note the following regarding the refund process:
- Source Account: Approved refunds will only be credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) used during the registration. We cannot process refunds to a different bank account.
- Processing Time: Once a refund is initiated by the organizing committee, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and payment gateway convenience fees (charged during the initial transaction) are strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
4. Duplicate Payments & Transaction Failures
If you experience a transaction failure where the amount has been debited from your account but the registration was not successful, or if you accidentally make a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately with your Transaction ID/Payment Reference Number. Refunds for proven duplicate transactions will be initiated within 7 working days.
5. Conference Cancellation / Postponement
In the unlikely event that TMAP 2026 is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or government directives, the organizing committee will transfer your registration to the rescheduled dates. If you cannot attend the new dates, a specific refund policy will be formulated and communicated at that time, keeping non-recoverable operational expenses in mind.
6. Contact for Financial Queries
For any queries related to payments, receipts, or refund status, please reach out to our accounts team at accounts@tmap2026.com. Please quote your Registration ID and Transaction ID in all correspondence.
