1. General Agreement
By registering for TMAP 2026 — the 7th Telangana Anesthesia and Pain Conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all delegates, accompanying persons, postgraduate students, trade partners, and exhibitors attending the conference at Mamata Academy of Medical Sciences, Bachupally, Hyderabad.
2. Registration Rules
- Registration is mandatory for all delegates attending the scientific sessions, workshops, and networking events.
- Post Graduate Residents must upload a valid certificate/letter from their Head of Department (HOD) during the registration process to qualify for the discounted resident rates.
- Only registered delegates are eligible to submit scientific abstracts for presentation or compete for awards.
- False information regarding registration categories may result in the conversion to the appropriate category or cancellation of registration without a refund.
3. Workshops & Hands-on Sessions
Seats for specialized hands-on workshops, including the cadaveric fluoroscopy workshop, are strictly limited. These are allotted purely on a first-come, first-served basis. A base registration for the main TMAP 2026 conference is a mandatory prerequisite to attend any workshop.
4. Pricing & Taxes
All registration fees published on the website are exclusive of taxes. Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is levied on all registration categories as per Indian government regulations. If paying online, standard payment gateway convenience fees may be applied by the payment processor and borne by the delegate.
5. Event Changes & Force Majeure
The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the conference schedule, speakers, workshop lineup, or venue if necessary. In the event that TMAP 2026 is delayed or cancelled due to a Force Majeure event (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions), the committee's liability is limited to a partial refund after deducting non-recoverable operational expenses.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms, registrations, or conference operations will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
